Design-build tenant improvement of a 28,000 sf commercial building. Project included 10,000 sf of H-6 and H-7 Class 10, 100 and 1000 clean rooms. Work included new electrical service, power, lighting, emergency generator, Toxic Gas Monitoring System and Leak Detection System.
